Shipping Policy

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Please allow up to 10 business days for handling before your items are shipped.  We strive to provide our customers with the quickest and best service possible, so know we try to get the item to you as fast as possible.  We use various carriers for shipping depending on the item and where it is shipped to.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic shipments, or shipments going to Canada, please email support@petvideoverify.com. If you have questions about international shipments (anywhere but Canada and the US) please email support@petvideoverify.com

 

Rates to ship?

We charge various shipping fees based on the item, where it is shipped to, and the carrier used.  You will know and will be charged the shipping fee when you checkout the item and pay for it on our system.

 

How long does it take to ship packages?

Shipping times varies based on location and supplier that ships the package.  Average time is around 20-30 days, however if the package is coming from China then it could take 2-3 months before you receive your package.  The cheapest shipping route is usually chosen so we can offer the best prices to our customers.

With a lot of our products we do offer quicker shipping time for extra shipping costs.  If you are interested in quicker shipping times, buy your product, then email support@petvideoverify.com the Order ID for quotes on quicker shipping times.  If you want the quicker shipping times we will then bill you for the extra shipping costs that have to be paid before your item ships.

 

How to track an order that's been shipped?

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once the order ships.  You can retrieve your order information by logging into your account on the website.
